Protect your floor and give your workout space a clean, finished look. These foam tiles lock together like a puzzle, so you can cover a home gym corner, garage or basement in minutes, with no glue and no tools. They cushion the floor under benches, dumbbells, bikes and treadmills, cut down on noise, and give you a softer spot for stretching and floor work.

Covers 24 sq ft, for example a 4 ft x 6 ft area
1/2 inch thick EVA foam

Need more space covered? Add more packs, they all fit together
Great for home gyms, garages, basements and under cardio machines

Good to know: foam tiles protect your floor from scuffs, sweat and equipment marks. Avoid dropping heavy weights on them.
