Refund & Exchange Policy for GOAT Fitness

At GOAT Fitness, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following refund and exchange policy:

• Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges: Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Return/Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please bring the product, along with the receipt or proof of purchase, to our Thornhill location. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the product is inspected and confirmed to be in its unused condition. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, you may swap the item for another product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please bring it back to the store immediately for a replacement or full refund.
