The bench to build your dumbbell workouts around. The CAP Deluxe Utility Bench sets flat or inclined, so one bench covers chest presses, shoulder presses, rows, flyes, curls and seated work. Use it on its own for core moves like leg raises and crunches, or pair it with resistance bands and tubes for lower-impact training. Wheels and a handle on the frame make it easy to move out of the way when you are done.
