Choose your resistance
Blue — the standard tube. The one to start with, and the better choice for higher-rep conditioning work, warm-ups and rehab.
Red — a step up in tension. Same length and the same handles, harder to pull through the full range. Choose this once the blue tube stops being hard work, or for pressing and rowing movements where you want more load.
Both colours are the same length and build. Only the tension differs, so the same exercises work at either level.
