The cord adjusts easily to different lengths, so you can perform everything from bicep curls to wide-grip pulldowns to shoulder flies. The ergonomic handles are soft and comfortable and allow for no hand cramps or chafing. Unlike heavy weight sets, the cord fits into a backpack or suitcase, so you can take your workouts on the road.

Choose your resistance level

  • Level 2 (Green) — the standard cord. A sensible starting point, and the one to pick if you are newer to resistance training or working through a rehab programme.
  • Level 3 (Orange) — a step up in tension. Same length, same handles, harder to pull. Choose this if Level 2 has stopped challenging you, or for pressing and pulling movements where the green cord feels light.

Both levels share the same length and construction. Only the tension differs, so you can train the same movements at either level.
