Where do I go?

We are a pickup-and-delivery operation across the GTA, not a walk-in shop. The pickup address and a map link come with your confirmation email the moment you book.

Can I change or cancel it?

Yes. Your confirmation email has reschedule and cancel buttons, so you can move it yourself without calling.

What if I need longer than 15 minutes?

Book two slots back to back, or call us. Picking up a full home gym? Ring ahead and we will block out the time properly.

Can I just come and look?

Yes. Book a slot and come and look. No pressure, no obligation, and you can put your hands on the actual item first.

How do I pay?

Order through the website beforehand, or pay in person at your appointment. Either works.
